The great thing about the Habit tracker is that it empowers an individual to track. One of the most powerful practice in habit formation is the opportunity to followup, for self reflection and, support through trained & experienced psychologists.
I got to know Melvin in a meeting and was pleasantly surprised to know and understand his scope of work.
